TraderStack is a community-curated library of the courses, tools, brokers, books, and communities that traders actually rely on — rated and reviewed by the people who used them, not ranked by who bought the loudest ad. Alongside it, we write plain-language Learn explainers, step-by-step Guides, a trading Glossary, and Articles to help you actually understand what you’re looking at.
Why we exist
Every trader has opened the same tab thirty times.
“Is this course actually worth it?” “Does this broker really have the tightest spreads, or is that just what their affiliates say?” “Is this Discord full of real traders, or just people selling signals?”
Search results for these questions are dominated by affiliate links and paid reviews. Forums scatter the real answers across a thousand threads. Meanwhile the people best positioned to tell you the truth — traders who’ve actually used the thing — rarely get a place to say so in a way that’s easy to find later.
TraderStack exists to fix that: one place to submit, rate, tag, and discover trading resources, with a rating system detailed enough to separate “good for beginners” from “good if you already know what you’re doing,” and a moderation model that keeps it honest.
What makes it different
Vetted, not sponsored
Nobody pays for placement. A resource’s ranking comes from the community that actually used it — not an ad budget.
Ratings with dimensions
“4 stars” doesn’t tell you much. We break reviews down by things like value, reliability, and beginner-friendliness so you know exactly what you’re getting.
Opinions, not advice
We’re a map, not a compass bearing. TraderStack helps you find resources faster — it doesn’t tell you what to trade.
Built in the open
Moderation actions are logged and accountable. Flag something that looks off and a real person reviews it.

Other traders rate and comment based on real experience, across multiple dimensions rather than a single star score.

Sentiment, ratings, and activity decide what gets surfaced — not who paid the most for a banner ad.
A directory only gets you so far without context
Knowing a broker exists doesn’t tell you what margin means, or how to actually place a stop-loss order. So alongside the directory, TraderStack maintains a free library of plain-language Learn explainers, Guides that walk through concrete tasks, a Glossary of trading terms, and Articles that go deeper on specific ideas. It’s written and reviewed by TraderStack, not submitted by the community — the same “opinions, not advice” disclaimer applies.
