Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of TraderStack (“we,” “us,” the “Service”). By creating an account or using the site, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines.

Acceptance of terms

If you don’t agree to these Terms, don’t use TraderStack. We may update these Terms from time to time as described in Changes to these terms; continuing to use the Service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

Eligibility & accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, to create an account.
• You’re responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials confidential.
• You’re responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
• One account per person. Accounts created to evade a suspension or ban may be removed without notice.

The service

TraderStack is a community-curated directory. We let members submit trading-related resources (courses, tools, brokers, books, newsletters, communities, and similar) and let the community rate, tag, comment on, and curate them.

We also publish educational content — Learn explainers, step-by-step Guides, a trading Glossary, and Articles — written or reviewed by TraderStack rather than submitted by members. This editorial content is part of the Service and subject to these Terms, but it isn’t “User Content” under Your content & license below.

We are nota broker-dealer, investment adviser, financial institution, or provider of any of the listed resources. We don’t verify the accuracy of every listing, review the quality of every product, or guarantee that any resource listed is safe, legitimate, or suitable for you.

Not financial advice

Nothing on TraderStack — ratings, reviews, comments, curated lists, sentiment labels, rankings, or our Learn, Guide, Glossary, and Article content — constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, and none of it is a recommendation to buy, sell, or use any particular resource, product, or service. Community content reflects the personal opinions of the users who posted it; editorial content reflects our general understanding of a topic and may not account for your specific situation. Trading and investing carry a real risk of financial loss. Do your own research, and consult a licensed professional before making financial decisions.

Your content & license

You retain ownership of the resources, ratings, comments, and other content you submit (“User Content”). By posting User Content, you grant TraderStack a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, reproduce, and distribute it as part of operating and promoting the Service.

You’re responsible for your User Content and confirm that you have the rights to post it and that it doesn’t violate anyone else’s rights or any law. We may remove User Content that violates these Terms or our Community Guidelines at our discretion.

Community guidelines & prohibited uses

Using TraderStack means following our Community Guidelines, which cover honest submissions, genuine ratings, and respectful discussion in more detail. In addition, you agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access or extract data from the Service beyond what our public APIs and robots policy allow.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to bypass rate limits, authentication, or other security measures.
• Upload malware or content designed to compromise another user’s device or account.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with one.
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose, including promoting unregistered securities offerings or fraudulent schemes.
• Manipulate ratings, votes, or rankings through fake accounts or coordinated activity.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section, with or without notice, depending on severity.

Third-party links & resources

TraderStack lists and links to third-party brokers, tools, courses, and communities we don’t operate or control. Listing a resource is not an endorsement of it. We aren’t responsible for the content, accuracy, security, or practices of any third-party resource, and your use of them is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, not ours.

Intellectual property

The TraderStack name, logo, design, underlying software, and editorial content (including our Learn, Guide, Glossary, and Article pages) are owned by TraderStack and protected by intellectual property laws. Other than the license you grant us over your own User Content, nothing in these Terms gives you rights to our trademarks, branding, code, or editorial content.

Termination

You may stop using TraderStack and delete your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, our Community Guidelines, or applicable law, or if we discontinue the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including content licensing, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TraderStack will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the Service or reliance on any content found on it — including financial losses from trading or investment decisions informed by resources you discovered here.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold TraderStack harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which TraderStack is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service should first be raised with us informally at legal@traderstack.in so we can try to resolve it directly.

Changes to these terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. We’ll update the “last updated” date above when we do, and for material changes we’ll make a reasonable effort to notify active users.
